I've had this a couple months now, and couldn't be happier. It toasts, it heats up pizza, bakes cookies, and I even recently cooked a 3 pound roast in it. Now if only it could wash the dishes and put the kids to bed.
The racks are easily removed so you can adjust the height accordingly for what you're doing (toast up high, baking down low).
I agree the 30 minute default timer is rather annoying, but if that's the worst thing about it, then that's pretty good.
I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
