I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife. It worked fine for the first week then one evening while watching TV it turned itself on and we could not
get it to shut off. Pulled the plug and the next day it was back to normal...or so we thought. Over the next few days the digital controls would not function correctly, eventually they stopped responding completely.

Amazon's return policy is the best and will purchase my replacement from them once we find the right Toaster Oven.
