This is the best small appliance purchase I've ever made. I've had this toaster oven for two years now and we could not live without it. I would say we've used it pretty hard also, use it everyday more than once for something or other. It's a must if you have teenagers. Easy to pop in snacks for the kids. The "oven" part is ACTUALLY an oven, cooks like a real oven, NOT like a toaster oven. When it's just my husband and I we don't have to turn on the big boy to cook a small casserole for two. I use this for everything, from making fries and frozen breaded fish, chicken nuggets, to toasting bagels and waffles. Everything comes out great and crispy. My aunt, cousin, and mother in law all bought one after seeing mine and they love it. My mother in law called me to tell me she made scones in it and they came out fabulous! My husband agrees and I've heard him say "it's the best purchase we've made in this kitchen". The price is a little intimidating but for our family it was worth every penny. Regular toaster ovens don't stand a chance in this house. When this one dies I'm buying another one.
