I bought this at [...] and have used it 3 times. The first was for pizza, not frozen, which heated in the time it said on the box. 15 minutes. The next time for a 9x13 cake. Disastrous!
The heating element stayed on so long that the top got way too brown. I preheated it for 15 min before putting the cake in.
When the timer went off, I tested it in the middle with a toothpick and it wasn't done. The middle fell. I baked it 5 minutes longer and by then, the top was way way too brown. The 3rd time, I baked a potato at 400 degrees and it took 1 hour and 10 minutes.
I'm taking it back to [...] tomorrow.
